Las ofertas que ingresen a evaluación del presente requerimiento, serán aquellas que cumplan con la totalidad de los productos requeridos, cada oferente debe adjuntar COTIZACIÓN FORMAL detallando cada producto a cotizar e indicar plazo de entrega. Cada oferente debe completar el ANEXO N°1 adjuntado (OBLIGATORIO). Quienes NO cumplan, serán declarados inadmisibles y quedarán fuera de evaluación.
